Position Summary:

 

LVW Electronics seeks an Account Manager for Commercial & AF Programs to provide service and operations coordination support for our commercial department.  Applicant should possess experienced electronic service and operations skill sets and be familiar with access control, audio/visual (A/V), telecommunications, intrusion detection, and CCTV equipment and systems. 

Responsibilities

  • Successfully interfaces with both internal and external customers
  • Gathers customer requirements and coordinates service call work as required
  • Reads and interprets communication system/equipment drawings and specifications
  • Provides direction/guidance to service call technicians as required
  • Works alone or with a team
  • Briefs upper-level management on service call and other work as required
  • Communicates and coordinates both verbally and in writing with customers
  • Collaborates and cooperates with all company departments
  • Orders and tracks materials
  • Obtains customer acceptance and closes out work and projects upon work or project completion
  • Assists customers and coworkers with problem resolution as needed
  • Travel to various job sites as required

Qualifications

  • Proficient with service call processes and procedures
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in written and verbal communications
  • Ability to satisfy customer requirements
  • Proficient with system/equipment drawings
  • 5 years of relevant access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and A/V service call related experience  

 

Compensation: Depends on experience and level of education / training / certification.
